ORDERING

Customer ordering products from mykolmeshop has to be over 18 years old. All the product prices and delivery charges include 24% VAT irrespective of the delivery destination. International customers are responsible for all taxes, duties and fees required by their customs services, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; myKolme has no control over these charges and cannot predict the cost. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; the customer should contact the respective local customs office for the further information.

PAYMENT
Credit card and in Finland also Finnish online banks.

DELIVERY Products are delivered to all countries in Europe and outside Europe only to following countries Australia, Canada, China, India, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan and United States. Chairs will be delivered in 7-14 work days depending on the shipping destination. If we are temporarily out of stock, we inform this to the customer as soon as possible.

DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery is included in product cost.

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
The customer is entitled to return unused items within fourteen (14) days after receiving the item/items.In case of cancellation of the order, or returning the product, please contact sales(at)mykolme.com before returning the items.

CUSTOMER DATA
myKolme does not create online customer register and the information provided by customers is not transferred to any third party. Customer contact information is only used for the delivery of the purchased products.

WARRANTY
Warranty period in normal use is 5 years.
