1. DELIVERY DESTINATIONS
Products are delivered to all countries in Europe and outside Europe only to following countries Australia, Canada, China, India, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan and United States.

2. DELIVERY TIME
Chair/chairs will be delivered in 7-14 working days depending on the shipping destination. If we are temporarily out of stock, we inform this to the customer as soon as possible.

3. VALUE ADDED TAX
Product prices include 24% VAT irrespective of the delivery destination.

4. SHIPPING COST
Shipping is included in product cost.  

5) TAXES AND ADDITIONAL COST IN INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES OUTSIDE OF EU
International customers are responsible for all taxes, duties and fees required by their customs services, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; myKolme has no control over these charges and cannot predict the cost. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; the customer should contact the respective local customs office for the further information.

6. PAYMENT METHODS
Credit cards and in Finland also Finnish online banks.

7. CANCELLATION AND RETURN
The customer is entitled to return unused items within fourteen (14) days after receiving the item/items. In case of cancellation of the order, or returning the product, please contact sales@mykolme.com before returning the items.

8. CLAIMS
All claims made towards an order or product must be sent within 7 days after receiving the items to the email sales@mykolme.com or by phone +358 40 541 0271. Finnish law shall apply to any disputes or discords.

9. WARRANTY
Warranty period in normal use is 5 years.
